|   OVA-sIgE 简介

 

卵清蛋白(OVA)是在蛋清中发现的主要蛋白,约占总蛋白的55%。卵清蛋白与丝氨酸超家族的序列和三维有同源性,但与大多数丝氨酸不同,它不是丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂。它有385个氨基酸组成,其相对分子质量为42.7 kDa。卵清蛋白从细胞中分泌出来,以内部信号序列(残基21-47)为目标,而不是其他分泌蛋白中常见的N端信号序列。
