Hydrocortisone
皮质醇(Cortisol)是一种类固醇激素，属于糖皮质激素类。当作为一种药物使用时，它被称为氢化可的松。它在许多动物体内产生，主要由肾上腺皮质的筋膜区产生。它在其他组织中产生的数量较少。它的释放有一个昼夜周期，在压力和低血糖浓度时释放增加。它的功能是通过葡萄糖生成增加血糖，抑制免疫系统，并帮助脂肪、蛋白质和碳水化合物的代谢，它还会减少骨质的形成。
可检测样本中人的Cortisol，且与其类似物无明显交叉反应。
由于实验操作条件的不同（ 如操作者、移液技术、洗板技术和稳定条件等），标准曲线的OD值会有所差异。以下数据和曲线仅供参考，实验者需根据自己的实验建立标准曲线。
