SOD
超氧化物歧化酶是一种能够催化超氧化物通过歧化反应转化为氧气和过氧化氢的酶。它广泛存在于各类动物、植物、微生物中，是一种重要的抗氧化剂，保护暴露于氧气中的细胞。
可检测样本中人的SOD，且与其类似物无明显交叉反应。
由于实验操作条件的不同（ 如操作者、移液技术、洗板技术和稳定条件等），标准曲线的OD值会有所差异。以下数据和曲线仅供参考，实验者需根据自己的实验建立标准曲线。
