|   AST 简介

 

天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)或天门冬氨酸转氨酶,又称AspAT/ASAT/AAT或(血清)谷氨酸草酰乙酸转氨酶(GOT,SGOT),是一种依赖磷酸吡哆醛(PLP)的转氨酶(AST催化天门冬氨酸和谷氨酸之间α-氨基的可逆转移,因此它是氨基酸代谢中的一个重要酶。AST存在于肝脏、心脏、骨骼肌、肾脏、大脑和红血球中。
