|   FSH 简介

 

卵泡刺激素(FSH)是一种促性腺激素,也是一种糖蛋白多肽激素。FSH由垂体前叶的促性腺激素细胞合成和分泌,它和黄体生成素(LH)在生殖系统中共同发挥作用。FSH是一个35.5 kDa的糖蛋白异构体,由两个多肽单元组成,即α和β。其结构与黄体生成素(LH)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)的结构相似。
